We’re building Hich to work for everyone — across devices, input methods, and abilities. This page describes where we are today and how to flag issues.
What we follow
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on interactive controls, and keyboard-reachable focus states across the booking flow.
- Color contrast targets WCAG 2.1 AA on body text and primary CTAs.
- Captions on reels where the creator has supplied them; we don’t auto-generate captions yet.
Known gaps
Some legacy admin and creator surfaces still have inconsistent focus rings and incomplete ARIA labels. The discover reels feed is a video-first surface — silent audio and visual-only content remain barriers we’re actively working on.
