Pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time. Meet just outside Costa Maya Port’s main access and look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are available subject to availability. Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves, and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions. Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, operations may be modified or canceled to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
