Please contact us if you encounter any delays when making your way between exiting the plane and meeting your driver. We meet our clients in the airport's arrival hall with a sign with the lead traveller's name. We provide a complimentary 60-minute wait time. If this period is exceeded without prior communication, the reservation will be marked as a no-show, and payments will be non-refundable. Departure times are arranged so that travellers can check in 3hrs before their flight time to ensure a smooth check-in experience
