Know before you go

Wheelchair accessible Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller Service animals allowed Suitable for all physical fitness levels Travelers must have a smartphone compatible with the Shaka Guide app. The app must be downloaded and the tour redeemed before arrival. Strong Wi-Fi or cellular data is required to download the tour in advance. Location services (GPS) must be enabled on the device Travelers are responsible for securing any required entrance passes, reservations, or permits before starting There is a $35 per car entrance fee for Bryce Canyon. Bryce Canyon is open 24 hours per day, however, we do not recommend exploring the park at night. The visitor center is open from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with extended hours in the summer. We recommend starting the tour by 8 a.m. to visit all the stops in one day and find parking (arrive earlier if you want to watch the sunrise over Bryce Amphitheater). Please check weather conditions and the NPS website in advance - some trails close due to inclement weather. If you're driving an RV, you cannot park in any of the Bryce Amphitheater lots unless it's before 8 am or after 8 pm. Do not touch or feed the wildlife in the park. Please observe all speed limits both within and outside of the park.
