The hammam, or Turkish steam bath, brings soothing relief with its high humidity and 55°C temperature, enhancing respiratory health and relaxation, with a central cold-water fountain to refresh between steams. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years. At least one adult must accompany three children. For safety reasons, children under the age of 3 and people with external injuries, bandages and/or cast are not allowed to enter Caldea.
