Know before you go What’s not allowed Rijksmuseum Pets are not allowed inside the museum. The use of flash photography is prohibited. Accessibility Rijksmuseum The museum is fully accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with prams or strollers. Registered guide dogs are welcome inside the museum. Body Worlds Amsterdam The exhibition is accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. As the building has multiple levels, the elevator must be used to access different floors. Additional information Rijksmuseum You may enter up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time and stay until the museum closes. Visitors who require assistance can bring one companion free of charge. The complimentary companion ticket can be collected at cash register 1. All cafés and shops within the museum operate on a cashless basis. Cash payments are not accepted. Bags larger than A4 size, umbrellas, and similar items must be stored in the cloakroom. Only small handbags are permitted inside. Tickets are valid strictly for the chosen date and time slot and cannot be modified. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of entry, refunds, or rescheduling. If you anticipate being late, speak to staff at the entrance. Entry is not guaranteed but may be accommodated depending on availability. Body Worlds Amsterdam Open every day from 10am to 10pm. Final entry is permitted one hour before closing. The InBody Health Check, usually priced at €35, is complimentary with your Body Worlds Amsterdam admission ticket.
