With this ticket, skip the line to the ticket counter/box office and head straight to the museum entrance! Rental fees: Permanent collection tour €5.00, Austrian sign language multimedia guide permanent collection € 2.00. For reasons of hygiene, please use personal headphones (standard 3.5 mm connection). As an alternative, disposable headphones are provided. The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27. Note: With your time slot ticket you book a fixed access time to the museum. The duration of your stay is unlimited. The Upper Belvedere's north and west facades are set to undergo renovations from April 2024. Scaffolding will be disguised with a net replicating the facade. The entrance and access to the venue will remain unaffected. Viennese Giant Ferris Wheel Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility. The main entrance has no steps. Parking spaces for people with disabilities at the parking garage Ausstellungsstraße. Guide dogs are allowed. Suitable access to all exhibition rooms and to the restaurant. All special wagons of the Ferris Wheel are suitable for extra-wide wheelchairs and have ramps.
