During this immersive experience you will walk through a valley surrounded by nature, learning how the Food Forest fosters biodiversity, protects the soil and produces food sustainably, without compromising the balance of the environment. Along the way you will get up close and personal with different medicinal plants, including lemon balm, passionflower and olive, discovering their properties, traditional uses and benefits. We will collect some herbs to prepare a natural herbal tea to be enjoyed in the shade of the trees, immersed in the scents of the forest. Depending on the season, you can also sample fresh fruit harvested directly from Food Forest plants, such as avocados, lemons, bananas and other varieties found in the agroforestry system.
