If guests use the ADA lift, they will be required to stay inside the helicopter on the glacier. While on the glacier the pilot-guide will open the doors so guests can still take in the sights, sounds and smells. The ADA lift has a weight restriction of no more than 250 lbs. You MUST notify Coastal Helicopters if you will be requiring the ADA helicopter lift. ADA Transportation to and from our facilities provided. We will try our best to accommodate parties/families in the same helicopter. However, we cannot guarantee seating as it is all based on helicopter weight and balance, as well as the other parties within the flight. This will be determined at the time of check in once everyone on the flight has weighed in. Should your family/party be in split into multiple helicopters, the landing will happen together. Please also note that lap children are NOT allowed, and each passenger must purchase a full fare ticket. Failure to provide mandatory information will result in cancellation of bookings.
