Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted to unsupervised guests under the age of 12 years. Accessibility This experience is wheelchair accessible, except for the Hall’s tiered seating. Two wheelchairs are available for use. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. 40 seats are available at the main exhibition space. You can also borrow foldable chairs at the entrance. The light effects in the exhibitions may pose risks for individuals with epilepsy or vertigo. Additional information The immersive experience is suitable for all ages; however, it is recommended for children aged 6 and above. Due to sound and light effects, the experience is not recommended for children under 3 years old. The narration is in English with Dutch subtitles. You may stay inside the exhibition for as long as you like during operating hours. Facilities: lockers, cloakroom, and restroom.
