What’s not allowed Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue. For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed. Accessibility The experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour. Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own. Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable. Additional information The London Dungeon is not suitable for children under 5 years. The experience is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or children under 12; entry for children under 12 is at parental or guardian discretion. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Disabled guests pay standard admission, and carers enter free of charge. The experience is conducted in English only. Note : The Dungeon reserves the right to modify, close, or remove exhibits, shows, or rides without prior notice due to operational or technical reasons. No refunds or price reductions will be issued in such cases.
