This is not a guided tour. We arrange access tickets but do not operate, supervise, guide or control the hiking trails. Select the actual date you intend to hike when making your booking request. For PR1, and sometimes for other trails, an access time may not be selectable on Viator. Send us your preferred time by message or WhatsApp and we will check official availability and try to obtain that time or the closest available option. A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it. No payment is taken before acceptance. All sales are final after acceptance. Once payment is processed and the official ticket is obtained and sent, the booking is non-refundable. Date and time changes may be possible, subject to official availability. For same-day time changes, contact us from 30 minutes before the booked access time and no later than 15 minutes after it. Travelers must check the weather, official trail status, route difficulty, equipment, footwear and personal fitness before hiking. Travelers hike independently and at their own risk. Weather, closures, trail conditions, delays and emergencies are outside our control.
