Dry Jet height : Dry Jet seats require guests to be at least 40 inches tall, and children aged 12 years and under or under 100 pounds are not permitted in the first three to four rows. Wet Jet age and weight : Wet Jet tours are for those who are at least 13 years old and 100 pounds. Pregnancy : Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this experience. Health conditions : The experience is not recommended for anyone with a history of osteoporosis or heart, neck, or back injuries. Schedule : Tour schedules vary daily based on weather and demand. Arrive 45 minutes prior for check-in + mandatory safety orientation Late/missed safety orientation → not allowed to board Rebooking within 24 hours (incl. missed trip time) → additional 10% rebooking fee Height check : Children will be measured on-site to ensure they meet the minimum height requirement.
