The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and sightings are not guaranteed. Please note that no refunds are provided if the Northern Lights are not visible during the tour. The tour operates in most weather conditions, but if we have to cancel due to safety reasons, we will offer you an alternative date if possible, or a full refund. We usually make 1-2 restroom stops during the tour, depending on our route. In remote areas without facilities, you may need to use nature discreetly if necessary. Please use the restroom before we depart. Alcohol is not permitted during the tour. Guests who appear visibly intoxicated may be refused participation without a refund.
