Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point provided after booking at least 20 minutes before the scheduled entry time. Late arrivals may miss their reserved time slot and no refund will be issued. Skip-the-line notice: Skip-the-line tickets allow priority entry but security checks are mandatory for all visitors and cannot be skipped.
