Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants are required to complete a medical health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions, such as asthma, heart problems, or other serious conditions, may prevent you from diving. Please consult your doctor if unsure. The minimum age to participate is 10 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All dives are shore-based in calm, shallow waters under the close supervision of a professional instructor. This activity is not suitable for pregnant participants or those with serious back, ear, or sinus problems.
