The dress code for the plated dinner cruise is business casual, such as formal dresses, blazers, trousers, etc. Plan to arrive early to allow enough time for traffic, parking, and check-in before departure. Parking at Pier 3 may be limited on weekdays, so early arrival or public transportation is advised. If parking at Pier 3 is unavailable, several nearby public parking facilities can also be used. Guests traveling by BART should expect about a 10-minute walk from Embarcadero Station to the pier. Cruise departure times are subject to change, so always confirm the latest schedule through the cruise calendar and confirmation email. When available, Ticket Assurance provides the flexibility to reschedule or request a refund up to 2 hours before boarding. Ticket Assurance does not apply to certain special events, holiday cruises, partner tours, or selected experiences.
