Your experience Your 2-day package is designed to cover the reef and rainforest without needing to organise separate tours, with each day focused on a different side of Tropical North Queensland. Getting started Your rainforest day includes return transfers from Cairns, Northern Beaches and Port Douglas. For the reef day, make your way to the Reef Fleet Terminal in Cairns for check-in before boarding Evolution. Your professional crew and instructors will get you set up with your snorkelling equipment and flotation devices before you head out to the reef. What to expect Great Barrier Reef Spend your reef day aboard Evolution, a luxury 35-meter superyacht, cruising to two protected outer Great Barrier Reef sites selected for the day. You'll have around 5 hours at the reef, with plenty of time for snorkelling or relaxing across the vessel's spacious indoor and open-deck areas. Enjoy unlimited snorkelling with equipment and flotation devices, plus free lycra or sun-suit hire. Refuel with an Aussie BBQ lunch featuring fresh prawns, fish, steak and tropical salads, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Relax on the return journey with a complimentary glass of wine, cheese and biscuits. Your reef day also includes the $20 per person levy in the package price when booking direct. Daintree Rainforest & Cape Tribulation Your second day takes you into the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest on a guided 4WD adventure. Your guide leads you through the rainforest and along the Daintree River, with time for wildlife spotting, scenic stops and a swim. Cruise the Daintree River looking for crocodiles and other wildlife, then cross the river by Daintree River cable ferry. Follow a guided rainforest walk covering local flora and fauna before enjoying lunch in the Daintree Rainforest. Stop at Alexandra Range Lookout for views across the Daintree, then spend time at Cape Tribulation Beach where the rainforest meets the reef. Cool off at a freshwater swim stop, with light morning tea of tea, coffee and biscuits and tropical fruit ice cream included. Wrapping up After your rainforest day, you'll return to your original pickup area by the included coach transfer. The two tours do not need to be taken on consecutive days, so you can select the dates that work best for your itinerary.
