If the official cancellation, suspension, or shortening of the fireworks display is announced after the boat has left the pier, no refund will be provided. Where conditions permit, the yakatabune cruise, onboard meal, soft drinks, and traditional performance will be provided as originally planned. If affected by force majeure, some services may be adjusted or cancelled. The timing, quantity, content, and duration of the fireworks display are determined by the fireworks festival organizer. Our company cannot guarantee that the fireworks will be displayed in full and shall not be held responsible for any changes caused by weather, sea conditions, government instructions, maritime traffic restrictions, or other force majeure events.
