Seamless activation Check your e-mail inbox for the link to your digital pass and booking app sent by Turbopass. Click on the link in the e-mail sent to you by Turbopass and activate your pass for the date that you would like to use it. Check which attractions require you to pre-book, then book your slots following the instructions in the booking app included with your pass. Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction. Every attraction can be visited for free once. The pass is valid for the chosen number of days in a row from the first day of use. Get the most out of your pass – it's valid until midnight on the last day.

Know before you go Additional information To ensure admission without waiting times, entries to the Uffizi Gallery and the Galleria dell'Accademia will be booked in advance. Your Uffizi Gallery entry is pre-booked for the first valid day of your City Pass between 8:30 AM and 12pm. The entry ticket for Accademia will be booked on the second day of your City Pass between 8:30am - 12pm. Opening hours and terms and conditions of certain attractions may sometimes vary. It is recommended to check the website(s) of the attraction or museum before your visit to plan accordingly. Security checks cannot be bypassed even with the City Pass. The HOHO bus access is only available for 1 day irrespective of the validity option you choose for the city card.

Please display your mobile pass with a valid photo ID at the redemption point. How do I use my pass Click here to see everything included in the Florence City Pass. You can redeem your pass by simply showing it at the entrance of each attraction to enter. After your booking, you will receive an e-mail with your City Pass, where you find all information about included attractions and opening times. The pass validity starts from the selected day while booking or on the consecutive days from the selected date in the case of multi-day passes. The Florence Turbopass offers unrestricted flexibility, allowing you to decide which attractions to visit and when to visit them, however the visit to the Uffizi Gallery will be scheduled on the first day of use while the visit to the Accademia Gallery would be scheduled on Day 2 of your pass.
